If you right click on the pictures and click properties you can c&p the links or click save picture and it will be saved onto your pc.

Or you can high light them all in one go and then click copy and paste them into word and you can edit what you dont want. I highlighted from "somebody..." downwards. Save your document and attach it or copy and paste again into an email and send it to them direct.
