I think I know what it is. It is a golden beetroot, what variety no idea. Am I correct.

it looks gorgeous although I've never been tempted to grow anything other than red beetroot but I might try

it reminds me of a friend of mine who is vegetarian and cooked himself the perfect White Christmas lunch - cauliflower, parsnips, potatoes, leeks and white beetroot  ;D
