scumbags cause rent rise

just heard rents are up 50% mostley caused by thiefs breaking in a shed and stealing the grasscutting equipment.they took 3 large items only the newer one was insured due to large excess and the current used value payable on the older stuff >:( also because of a plotholder claiming on the insurance for the gate damaging his car because he didn,t secure it before he drove through :o
excess is £250 and prob premiums will go up. this blokes got such a nerve that he is still a plotholder
water rates have shot up as well for a few troughs which have hardly been used
this year  ::)but we all hope that will not happen again too soon
ant way £30 from £20 for a full plot is still good value so i will keep digging on
