Need some plastering advice ;D
We have a stone fire surround on our open fire. I would like to modernise it without ripping it out, so was thinking, could it be plastered over, or would that make it a huge fire risk?

Thanks

I'm no plasterer, but good at getting plastered!!!
If you use plaster then no it isn't a risk, but Plasterboard might be... get someone to do it for you though as plastering is a nightmare ...
