Brilliant- and an interesting site which I hadn't seen before- thanks!

Now that's what a shed on an allotment should look like.  Wish I had the courage to have one - would only get broken into where I am though...  Never mind.

I agree, it is a good blog/site, I love it and I keep meaning to buy Jane's new book all about allotments but you never know she says that the shed of the week feature will win a book for her favourite shed....fingers crossed.

Yep, I agree, when we looked at allotments to get a plot I dismissed loads because there wasn't a shed or they didn't allow one. This shed immediately grabbed me although it needed and still needs work! The reason it didn't have a door when we arrived is apparently kids had ripped the old door off!!!  >:( :o Nice little darlin's!!

Great shed, good to see it on the website!

My shed has recently been cut in half! OH is in the process of building me a 'new' one, that will apparently look old.....but to fit the base in place he had to try and move the existing one....couldn't move it without it falling down so he's cut it in half and moved the door to the side as a temporary measure until the other one is secure! So I now have a new big base......and half a small shed! :-\
If it's not pouring with rain, I'm either in the garden or at the lottie! Probably still there in the rain as well TBH....🥴

This has made me wonder...for an allotment site...why isn't there a shed gallery ?

I think there was a shed thread a couple of years ago...I remember posting a pic of my shed. Then PeteMason (where are you Pete?!) altered the picture by putting "fish and chips" on the front of my shed. Hilarious it was.

glosterwomble...fingers crossed for you that you get that book!  ;D

Cool idea to have a shed gallery, I am a BIG shed lover!

Thanks for the support and crossed fingers for me to win one of Janes books, do you think we should start a campaign for me to win??  ::)  ;D

Maybe even one of those petitions at number 10 that we all get asked to sign online?  ;D  ;D  ;D  ;D

Hey wouldn't that be good if it had listed status!! The first shed in the UK to be listed....I reckon I should get onto English Heritage!
