TeeGee Oh what a shame about your onions and crysants, what caused the problem with the crysants?  I seem to remember you posting about them but I can't find it.
Regards Lorna.

 Hi tee gee,
What effect will the mildew have on the onions? Does it affect their storage ability or their size?
                                               Adrian.

Those Aubs - not speaking to you any more, TG!!

I know the feeling Tim!

Outstanding Tee Gee-when did you set them off?

Mrs Ava

Tut, I stopped talking to Tee Gee ages ago.  My aubs only just have flowers!  :-\

Shame about the chrysanths though.  Piegons, rabbits, deer or slugs??

Tee Gee

Quotewhen did you set them off?

Sowed 5th March

Germinated 12th March

Pricked out 22nd March

Planted out 10th May

I'm a bit worried about them though??

The leaves are flagging, drying up & discolouring.

They look as if they are wanting watering when infact I know they don't need it.

Anyone know what might be troubling them?

Tee Gee

My guess is.............they are cold!!

What do you think?

tuinman

probably right, cold and damp air. Mine also have yellowing leaves but they do seem strong enough to keep going, fingers crossed
