I am not a rose person but this rose was bought by a niece for oour 50th, colour poor on pic. it is a yellow.

Manic. No it isn't scented unfortunately. I think it is called Golden something, will have to look at label again. It will be 5 years come Sept when it was bought but this year seems to be the best. Other years there have been just a couple of blooms at a time. Must send my niece a pic.

Bury bananas round the roots - they like the potassium, apparently.

asbean could they manage with just the skins ;D ? I am trying to have a healthier diet which includes a lot of fruit might begrudge giving my nanas up ;D
