chives

Hi I planted some chives a few weeks ago in a pot and nothing, everything else has grown but not these any ideas, could it just be a dodgy batch of seed? cant remember where I bought them though

my chives took what seemed like an age to germinate - I'd just about given up but the 2 weeks of rain recently seemed to do the trick.  Maybe just make sure they're nice and damp ??

Sowed mine on plot next to carrots and they took absolutely ages to germinate. Up now since the rain too.

Would you like to collect... they are self seeding allover my five plots... just can't bring myself to weed them out... on the open day it will be dig out a forkfull and take them away please!!!!!!!!

well i shant give up just yet i keep watering them religiously and see what happens fingers crossed, they are lovely in mashed potatoe with cheese yum
