I keep seeing this tree! Love it, any ideas what it could be?

Has it got thorns? It good be a judastree,or when it hasnot thorns some kind of prunus.

Lol, DP I'm really not trying to be smart but find it so funny the way you said "

" like you turned a corner and there it was, or you went into a shop and there it was!!  ;D  ;D Could see something a lot worse I'm sure.

After that nonsense I have ot say I'm no help when it comes to trees at all.  Sorry.

Ruud have tried looking it up in my tree book, and the closest I get is the same as you Judas Tree or Cercis siliquastrum, (Eric mentioned it may be this too!) will have to have a closer look tomorrow, and try and study the leaves, or knock on the door and ask!
