I sowed some of these this afternoon- first time I'vegrown them ,culdn't believe how big the seeds are. I put them flat, then read that they should be plants side on- does it really matter? Don't want to disturb them, but with only 12 seeds, don't want to waste them either. BTW if this doesn't make sense, it could be that they are Mina lobata, cos I sowed them at the same time! ;D

Cobaeas are flat mis-shapen seeds. Also they need soaking in tepid water before planting.

Oh dear- this is the problem with getting seeds cheap- no instructions. Better dig them up & start again!

Sowed mine 2 months ago in my propagator, and not one of them has shown, thats what I get for using old seed! None for me this year by the looks of it.  :'( :'( :'(
My Mina's romped away, and promptly keeled over! Much better at veges than flowers me! ;D
We don't inherit the earth, we only borrow it from our children.
