Hello all

I was consider buying a range of upright minarette trees.

They work our expensive, but thought they might be ideal for a small garden.

They come as apples, pears, plums and cherrys

Looking at the pictures it looks like a fully developed tree would produce about 15 apples or pears each. No pictures of plums or cherrys.

Has anyone any experience of these?

I've had a mini orchard of Apples and pears in for about 12 years and they are doing well but the cherry is pathetic... only about twenty four on a six foot stick!

our cherry did really well last year, it's three years old and we keep it down to 7 feet tall  ;D

I've ordered two proper cherries to fan against my big wall!

I've got two minarette apples and one pear, they've been in for about 3 years now and each year the crop seems to be improving. Obviously they're never going to give massive yields, but they're good for my small garden.

Cheers,
Rob ;)
