Dragging a number of photos (same batch as Ian was working on) from a DVD to a Memory Stick, 2/3rds went through fine, but others were either pixelated or fuzzy, or did this!! (the wrinkling is the damp paper)

these are corrupted files.

you can get these if you do a scan disk on dead pics or through transmission between media (tho I would of thought parity checks would catch these).

are they viewable ok from the DVD? if so try dragging to your desktop and view them there again if ok then drag to the usb device. This should let you work out where the corruption is occuring.
