Forum dont workey - Problems posting and seeing the buttons ...

I hav'nt posted much recently because i have a wierd problem with this forum (and i've busy with my new business) - most of the time most of the functions and buttons are missing. Like the buttons on the top of the screen, and the buttons at the bottom of posts etc...

I use a few other forums, and A4A is the only one that i have a problem with.

I am having exactly the same problem as you keef plus I have to refresh the board umpteen times to be able to reply and like yourself it is only this forum that the problem occurs with no idea whats caused it except it was fine till the server was swopped  but  no idea to be honest

How odd!  I have never had this problem, I have go slow problems, but thats all.  Hope Dan can cure it for you both.

I've been having button-missing probs, too, on and off.

Anyone else having problems posting as the post button is not there ?

I have tried on IE and Firefox and seem to have the same problem, after a couple of refreshes they appear and then disappear when going to the next topic.

The search buttons and the ones that are with these are missing also, but the logout one is there. Again a refresh and they appear.

Is it me ?

YES on this PC all is OK on my main PC i can only see the post button in some subjects & as for the ,home ,search ,profile etc hardly ever see them.
But all other sites seem to be OK i just cant work out whats wrong.
HA but I'm not alone ???

You say 'Post button'...you mean 'reply' button or 'new topic' button?....what else is missing?

I've had a few reports of this happening, I'm adjusting settings on the server, and trying to fix it.

All I can suggest is when it happens, refresh the page, and see if that helps.

In firefox, sometimes if you hold shift down then click on refresh it works - but not all the time......
