It's Belgian chicory called 'Witloof'.

the.cultivated.swedes

Yes Biscombe, I have that one too. It's an endive - that's why I didn't mention it before. I'll make sure to send you some Witloof endive as well, shall I?

the.cultivated.swedes

By the way, I also have two other endives: Endive - Cornet de Bordeaux and Endive - Scarola Verde, Giant Maraichere; interested in any of those?

Biscombe

Ahh! thanks you two, I'm a chicory/endive beginner!!!! well in that case im on the look out for endive too!!! ;)

Biscombe

Oooooohhhhhh yes please!! Just in I only have some of your requests, anything else you want?? I have crookneck squash and potimarion pumpkin and quite a few types of black/purple toms..........oooh and bush cucumber

OliveOil

I have chickory if anyone wants it!

the.cultivated.swedes

Maybe we should try some of your crookneck squash then..and maybe one of your purple tomato varieties. But really, don't worry if you don't have any of our requests - it is thanks to you that we will be growing crazy green-red tomatoes next year and beautiful saffron! ;D Oh by the way, the Aloe Veras ALL made it so now we have a whole line of baby aloe veras in our kitchen window. We'll take them out next year but don't think they would make the winter here in England.(?)

Biscombe

Oh what great news about the aloes!! you'll be getting loads of babies too soon!! I bet they enjoy your windowsil!! I'll have a sprinkle of what endive and chicory you can spare! The crookneck squash sell by date is for this summer, I'll let you know what else I have
