Boo hoo! I have twisted my ankle!

Feeling in a sorry state with myself.  Twisted my ankle at the allotment and it's very swollen now.  So annoyed and frustrated, as foot overturned on a bit of uneven ground.  Have it bound up now and have to rest it, but wish I was up at the allotment as I have so much to do.  Wallowing a bit, this afternoon, I am afraid!  :'( :'( :( >:( busy_lizzie

Am soz to hears about your baddie ankle and here is some get well ankle dust... is different to get well dust for colds and stuff  it is, and u has to sprinkle the dust on yer ankle three times a day... dont go ingesting it unless you want to go on a nice psychedelic trip thang.. if so... have a nice trip and watch how gravity bends  space and pulls the colours into all sort of arcs that exist in the spectrum but are not seen by normal human vision,,.... is good stuff mahn  ::) ::) ::)

You lot are so lovely!  ;D ;D Thank you very much for all your kind wishes.  Ankle doesn't look so much like a balloon now, just a little tender.  Planning on having a safety check on the lottie, so I don't do it again.  It is a little consolation that it has rained here most of the day, so I would have got little done anyway. love and hugs to you all!  busy_lizzie  :)

Give me a hand, i got my ankle twisted as well.I thought this weekend on the footballground i am still twenty,but my ankle didnot.So i am sitting now at home with my feet up on the sofa.Left feet taped by the fysio,how nice!!!!!!

Sorry to hear of your accident Ruud. :(  Do you think maybe it's a weakness developing in the ankles of A4A members because we spend so much time sitting logged on to this great site?!  If so we will jsut have to dig harder to compensate.
