How wet???

Just braved the almost continual rain to take a look at progress on my lottie only to find half of it is under water!!!  Luckily haven't got round to doing anything with that half yet (perhaps i should start growing rice??!!)  Is anyone else fed up with this pissy awful weather?? :(

Any knowledge on planting rice Sparky.Talk about April showers.More like April monsoon!

Saturday was glorious. I spent practically the whole day out in the garden (from about 8.30 to 5.30). EXHAUSTED afterwards, but at least the spoil heaps from the pond are now shifted.

Sunday was awful. But we really needed the rain - the ground was so cracked, dry and dusty. Now we've got puddles again!

You are lucky you've only got puddles Aqui ::)  In our village we have floods :o  It's chucking it down again here at the moment and black as night - and I live further South BB ;) :)

Saturday was amazing...i actually caught the sun a bit !! Sunday was terrible bu i went down to break down the concrete like clumps of earth from saturday !
I also found it easier to weed as the roots pulled thru easier
