should we roast or mash it ?

this is one of the last ones we got, there's just one still growing, covered with fleece, hoping for a couple more ounces, this one started ripening at this size,

I have about 8 one call courgettes that big still on the plant hoping to leave them a bit longer before harvesting :-)
