Doggy Treat - Liver Cake Mmmmmmmmm

Simply put all of the following ingredients into blender blitz until runny and pour into lightly greased swiss roll tin ( or whatever)then bake at 180 degrees for 30-40 mins ...

4oz S R Flour
2 eggs
8oz liver
2 cloves garlic

allow to cool and cut into scooby-sized snacks  ;D ;D ;D

can also be frozen, so worth making double quantity.

Thanks for that recipe Debs.  Will try it.  I remember someone giving me a piece of liver cake as a titbit at dog training classes.  The trouble was my youngest dog (Busby) who is a right live wire would not do his obedience exercises properly as he was so eager to get to the liver cake.   Will keep it just for treats at home :D
