The ad's been posted here somewhere before, but that's all i remember. It seems an unlikely claim to me. I planted loads last March, but most of it perished in the cold. Two spears have appeared among my climbing French beans. Several things I bought from Wilko's have done badly or died, I think another year I'll harden them off in the mini greenhouse before I put anything out. I was forced to that conclusion by two Magnolias which wilted overnight; it can only have been down to the cold. One is now flourishing, the other is still sulking.
