After a whole week with temperatures of 25C and more, all vegetables and fruits are growing like it is summer. Potatoes, beans, tomatoes, everything is shooting out of the soil....
I hope this summer week  is not THE SUMMER of this year  ???, and all hot weather has gone for the rest of the year :'(

Stay calm, we often get hot spells like this :) It is still fairly cool in the evenings, and the weather can be variable. I will confess to treasuring the weather at this time of year, it is just 'exciting' !

Just a whiff of summer. We had a roll of thunder this evening; I hope that's not the hot August weather over till next year.

I firmly believe the best month of the year is May. Ever since having out first child in May, even though he was not due until August, and him turning out as one of the most healthy kids I know there must be something in it!!!

Funny enough he is off on his first cub camp (at 8 years old) this weekend, Mummy is a nervous wreck!

I will lay bets summer is here.......but reserve the right to change my mind!
