I've never made or had sweet yorkshires, do you add the butter and brown sugar after cooking  :-[

..and the recipe didn't let me down today either...

For 5 of us I used

3 eggs
150ml plain flour
150ml milk
seasoning

into 12 hole muffin tray into hot oven and another triumph!!! ;D
