Savoury lemon sauce?

Evening.   :)  My darling and I have a couple of rather nice plump salmon steaks for supper tonight and I was wondering if any of you had any interesting sauce recipes I could have a go at....thing is...things I need to use up are a couple of lemons and a tub of mascapone cheese.  I won't be making tiramisu - far to fattening and only for special occassions, so am looking for a savoury way of using it.

marscapone, Grated lemon zest n juice, chopped parsley, finely chopped onion and chopped capers would do it for me!
