Oh, God - the whole spiel lost again. I really must remember to save everything before trying to post. It takes me hours to re-create!

Baggy - swimming - in Chanel No5?

Tulip - so sorry, But you're young? Or younger? And been there, done it - like 'dawn readiness', night operations. Russia - no night etc!!

Heldi - 'twas always thus! I can't rest beyond 5am but, if it's dustbin day, hello??

I have heard of this 6am....
It's just a myth, bupster - doesn't exist.  I've never seen it, anyway    ::) .

6am is time to watch 'The Hoobs'. rather than the news. Today we learnt that Lemons are sour, but taste nice with sugar on a pancake.   ::)

In your case it was middle of the day, having spent most of the night getting up to see to you!

Well this morning it was 5am, as we had to get up to play with the birthday presents from yesterday. The roller skates to be precise. The fact that it was pitch black and freezing cold outside did eventually deter him, but he still put his elbow and knee pads on over his pyjamas anyway.

Nice to see that our grandsons are taking our revenge for us!
And 5 am is when Hannibal decides to start the tunnel from the kitchen to the garden! That is after spending 20 minutes trying to smash down the door!

Tim, I told OH and he announced he is going swimming tomorrow morning!

CotswoldLass

My guilty admission.......

Friend sent me an SMS this morning asking if I wanted to go riding. I was still in bed at 8.30 and with only half an hour's notice....the answer I'm afraid was 'not today thanks'.

It was raining as well!

Oh dear.....

loulou

Heldi

He now has announced that "we" are going swimming.  Hmmm...my dastardly plan has backfired somewhat  :D

CotswoldLass

Heldi your message really made me laugh!
Thinking of how many times the use of the royal 'we' means I'm in for something I'd rather be out of!
