How Soon?

I have a greenhouse, and a number of heated propogators that I keep in a heated summerhouse (to mollycoddle two guinea pigs over the winter!). How soon can I sow tomatos, cucumber and courgette seeds?

I'm not sure about the cucumbers and courgettes but the toms you can sow form about late February onwards... the worlds your oyster!

I sow my tomatoes from week 8 till 10
courgettes and cucumbers from week 17.....
Too cold and not enough sun yet >:(

we need more daylight hours otherwise plants get to leggy and no good.
