Hi Tulip-23. Had a rare lay in until 9am. (dog is in kennels so no wake up call at 6.30am)  Today? Well the sun is trying to shine. Going next door to Lorna jnr. to help her prepare dinner, she has invited six of us (sorry I tell a fib,, 5of us plus the 3 of them, finger counting that makes 8!!) so once again will spend a little time with members of my family. Lovely!! She will have to wait a little longer I am at present listening to some music that John put on cd's for me. Best wishes, hope your head feels a little better.

Bladdered as usual for the first day of the year, but the party will carry on later after brekkie. As long as I'm sober by tuesday. Watched the London fireworks in the pub last night, I wished I was there. A really good show.

Another year...lets hope its a happy one.

After spending part of the night in a war zone I have spent a far more peaceful and enjoyable morning on the Lottie.
About half a dozen die hards were working merrily away, not a hangover in sight...sun was/is shining what a lovely start to the new year. Managed to clear another bed and dig it over...got rid of a load of twiggy material by lighting the first bonfire on the site for 2006

I can watch the hands on a clock go past twelve twice a day every day...much sooner be out and about.... I suppose that goes with me being a lark rather than an owl
