what to do with leftover stuffing?

I've got all the other leftovers sorted, but what should I do with the homemade sage and onion stuffing? We have about 3/4 of a loaf tin full of the stuff still. There's only so many cheese and stuffing sandwiches I can have for lunch (especially as my other lunches consist of nut roast sandwiches).

Oh and we're veggie, so no pork and stuffing somethings!

All the stuffing has gone, so has the christmas pud, and all the mince pies. Still some turkey left though, curry again tomorrow ...
