For teaching me the secret handshake way of making delicious short, sweet, crumbly, fine, delish pastry for mince pies!  Made 24 today, and I could sit and eat the lot!

Hard cold lard, hold cold butter, and ice cold water is what is required, firm dough, not at all sticky.  PERFECT!

I have the force now!  ;D ;D ;D ;D
