Just listened to the country file weather for the week and they say that there is a possibility of snow this week, and remaining cold

Me too! As long as it's not just 3mm and turns to slush in seconds... ::) But would love really deep snow...tobogganing, snow men, general snow ball hurling, log fire, hot toddy.....mmm.. ;D

Already been snow up in Aviemore, my step mother was telling me the other day. however it did not deter my 9 year old brother and his friends from going outsideto play footbal in their strips (yes shorts and all). :)

Yay ! Snow!

Forgot to mention last week. OH on his way to work spied a sprinkling of snow on the Cheviots.  (Hilly mountainous bit in Northumberland lol!).

I think it is cold enough for snow today here in Whitley Bay, so wouldn't be surprised if it does come this week.  busy_lizzie

Hope there is heaps of the stuff, right up past my waist or deeper.  Trouble with being 'dan saff' in w.sussex is that they must have voted winter out cos a few frosts and its back to spring again.

I miss being a big kid.....

Tee hee I love the snow if only to see Wardy slipping and a sliding and using shrubs to stand up...aint I mean!  The dog muck is unwanted though. Sorry for you on that bit Wardy.

Snow?   Bah humbug!

Christmas? Bah humbug!

Now I know I'm getting old ... he he he

Derekthefox :D

The one advantage of snow, is that I can stay indoors and drink my rhubarb wine ... hic!

Well it goes without saying. I want and love the stuff and if we get so much that I can use my dog teams on the main road ( like last year ). We will be very happy. ;D

One thing to think about. I know if it does get bad we won't starve as the dogs will take us shopping. ;D
