It was one of those times where nature knocks you out with what it can do. I could not believe the intense colours so I grabbed my camera,ran up the hill and started clicking.

It was in the beginning of September Tim,fancy you missing it!  That's Lake Ullswater. I was at a campsite near Pooley Bridge.  If I remember rightly, it was absolutely freezing that night .
