Blackberry vodka

Now that i've made enough sloe gin (6 litres) does anyone have a recipe for blackbery vodka. I've got quite a few blackberries left - but now that devil's pissed on them after michealmas (SP) they're not that nice to eat.

why should they be nice to drink then? i´d settle for straight vodka and wait with the blackberry-schnaps till next summer.

We have to talk about yeast strains here.. I have been making wine (for 40 years using , as I having said in other  threads  .. get Tokai/Tokay yeast .. it will burn your external male geniltalia organs ability to function at full capacity .. but pump the alcohol content to the MAX  ..It's a VERY powerful hungariann yeast variety  . I have achiefed  a 37 % content using this  but , be very aware of it ! see a lawyer b4 you attempt it !   {:¬)#

I made some tonight

1lb of blackberrys
700ml of Vodka
3oz Sugar

Stick it all in a bottle, and shake it now and then.

And then what?     Drink at regular intervals.  Be warned:  Do not attempt to smoke and drink at the same time  ;D
