Looks yummy  :) What variety are they, and how old is the tree?
Make the most of today, because you'll never have it back again.

Victoria Plum  I think!!!   We planted it 3 years ago.  Before that we had another Plum which produced loads of fruit, but in its last year it had too too many fruit.  I didn't know what to do with all the plums and ended up giving them away from the local Butchers shop.  The Tree promptly died on us, twas a shame!!

Wicker

Told my lottie neighbour about this, Carol - he was given a plum tree for his birthday and doubted it would fruit much "up here" (He's English!!) so since you're only a stone's throw away he's now hopeful.  Great pic too can feel the juices running down my chin ....
Equality isn't everyone being the same, equality is recognising that being different is normal.

oh Wicker, they grow fine up here.  Neighbours round about me have Plum Trees as well.  My apples are superb too but lost a lot in the gales this week, the big uns fell off and now the blackbirds are gettin them!!!

;) ;)

If they're falling off the trees they're more than ready to eat.

I want a plum tree for my husband's 25th wedding anniversary present.  It was in July but you can't rush these things  :)  Trouble is what variety?  I like the sound of a french variety but the name escapes me

Robert, tell me, have you always been smart?  Really, I do know that apples fall off trees when they are ripe.  But what you don't know is I am trying to keep the d**n things on the tree for a reason.  I shall not divulge the reason.
