Some one was looking for curry leaves. (Aqui?) Have found them at Tescos freeze dried, in the spices section, they also have kaffir lime leaves. Not as good as fresh but better than nought?

Ta for that info DP.  Lime leaves were banned a while ago for some reason as I could never get them when I was doing my Indian cookery class.   The teacher could only get the curry leaves from major cities like Manchester etc but had sisters everywhere who used to post stuff to her  :)
I came, I saw, I composted

Thanks for that Doris. I can never find curry leaves and I use a fantastic Jamie Oliver recipe for a curry sauce that has them in its ingredients.
Also, I have just made your courgette cake recipe using patty pan squash. it is fantastic. Well played!!!!

Thanks
