Family of Swans

Oh Lottie, it could only happen to you, you seem a right 'feardycush'  (local dialect).  Swans are only really really stroppy when they are nesting and have young.  Although I must say I do treat them with some respect and try and not go near them at all, unless I want a picture!!  I took a pic. of a Swan in April. I was taking one on a Pond and another one stood behind me as if to say to the other one it was watching me.  It didnt run at me but it did my OH.

LOL! Your poor OH! What had he done!! I know rationally I'm OK, but my mum (she's got alot to answer for!!) drilled into our heads, how dangerous they were.  I was very lucky and grew up on a farm next door to marshland, I was a bit of a river rat!! She had to hose us off when we came back!!!Wonderful, but filled with swans!! Lottie ;D
