awww Thanks HotPot.  ;D  That isn't number one son, but my little Nephew Edward.  We were incredibly lucky with the weather and it was an absolutely wonderful weekend.  Not seen so many family members in one place at one time!

That is fabulous EJ.  A job very well done.  I am sure he will be thrilled when he sees it.  Good idea to do a choice of cakes as it is amazing the number of people who don't like either fruit or sponge, so a good mix and nice nobody will be excluded.   :) busy_lizzie   

Well done EJ. I'm actually a professional cake decorator and mixed cakes are now the most popular choice for wedding cakes. The current favorite combination seems to be Bottom tier fruit, middle tier chocolate and top tier victoria sponge

Twospot- i have milk intolerance too, and loove goats milk. Ive made cakes for myself using dairy free marge but nothing as good as EJ's. Really great cake, dont fancy making another one EJ? :P ;)
