                   What Gets Under Your Skin?

1.  When watching the TV, why are the adverts louder than the program?
2.  People with 20 items in the 10 item queue
3.  Drivers who don't use indicators and you have to guess which way they are going.
4.  Poor weather conditions, drives with side lights or no lights
5.  People who chew with their mouth open and more often than not, talk at the same time. (Makes me feel ill)
6. Those annoying 6pm calls from finance companies or double glazing firms
7. Shopping trolleys, when full, make you walk sideways, like somebody drunk.
8. Drivers who over take you, then cut right in front and then speed off. Why not drive that bit further, then change lanes. Grrrrrrr
9.  Seagulls, why, why, why can't I shoot the d**n birds that wake me up at 4am? Dive bomb me when they have young and poop all over my washing. NOW they even steal objects. My ashtray, lighter and a neighbour's saucer all on the garage roof.
10. The phrase...*At The End Of The Day*...oh my my that grates on my nerves more than nails on a blackboard.

people that ring me during the day when im trying to sleep cos im on nights then get narky cos i dont want to talk to them.
people that push to over take me then turn off at the next exit.
packing that is impossible to open with out damaging the goods inside (wrap rage)
cabbage whites !!!!!!!
snails, slugs etc etc
canvassers that pounce on me in the street
people who ask a question and dont bother to listen to the answer

Incorrect use of English.
The advert on my local radio station advertising Emporiums ( see previous comment)
The central heating contract company who have failed now on four occasions to make the appointment to service the boiler
Having to fit work into my life which is rather pleasant on its own ( except I like the income)
The smell of bacon ( 'cos  I can't have any any more)
Clothes that assume all women are 5ft 4 and 36dd
The crumblies that swim 3 abreast in the pool chatting, even when one third is laned off for lessons and its busy.
People who can't read "Keep Clear" when written in huge letters on the road.
Reality TV.  I watch telly for the escapism.


And that's just today's rant.

ARGHHHHHHHH. labels which are stuck on with glue which you cannot remove. like the huge ones on the plastic drinks bottles i just bought for my sons lunch box. half and hour scrubbing in hot water and still a sticky mess left behind. aaaaarrrrrgggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

"Keep Clear" boxes.
If a box on the road says "Keep Clear", then it should mean "Keep Clear" for vehicles coming in from side roads as well as those on the road on which it's painted !!

This is funny!
Glue residues, call center harrasment and other indecencies did not come to mind when I saw the title of this thread.
As a Dutchie I only know the expression from the song "I've got you under my skin".
So my answer would be: my beloved OH.


But he gets under my skin in the less positive way as well, sometimes.

Talking of OH's - DS and I taking the time to sort the recycling only for DH to come along, sling it in a black bag "cos I can't be bothered sorting it!"

my neighbours and their stupid big dog,completely untrained and thinks he can poop anywhere,cos he not told otherwise,whats so hard about picking up your own dogs poop? they did us a favour in the long run,if we hadnt got so miffed with them,we prob would never have thought of getting our lovely lottie xx
 and the fact that they leave their washing on OUR washing line for over a week,in which time it has got dry then wet then dry again etc etc

What is really annoying me at the moment is an advert with a retard wittling a phone and his mate doing dusty bin impressions.

The bloody phone when you get option 1 2 3 4 5, at least 3 times when you phone SKY or many others,ARGHHHHHHHHH!!!, i could sream real loud. >:( >:(
 Those dipsticks on the phone who talk down to you i had one yesterday & i flipped in the end and told him what i thought he was.
