I am growing a variety named Goliath. Its no where near as big as that one Betty. What variety is it and can I have aseed for next year

It is either Atlantic Giant or Sumo, most probably AG.  You can certainly have seed Shirl, but I always buy new seed every year.  I think that unless you are very lucky and there is no cross-pollination going on, pumpkins and squash do not come true from seed.
But if you want some, you can have it.
