I seem to have lost the button which gives me the ability to attach snaps with messages, anyone any idea what I have done?

Sorry but still none the wiser about snaps.  Making a gallon of blackberry and apple wine from the filterings of the bramble and apple jelly just made! Cheers, Tony.
