I've bought some seed hoping to grow some winter leaves

Claytonia
Mustard Spinach
Pak Choi
Mizuna
Chicory

is there anything, leaflike, with a red tinge that I can plant now for a winter salad?
If I ever get it all right - then that's the time to quit.

don't know if it's the same thing as mustard spinach, we grow chinese red mustard..lovely with ham  ;D
