 Smiley Morning All  Smiley

I am going away to the cotswolds for a week at the end of the month, and need to get an automatic watering system set up for the greenhouse, can anyone recommend one ?

it need to be easy to install  Huh not to good on that front  Wink

it's an 8'x6' GH, in it I have 8 toms, 3 cucumbers, and on the staging, 8 pots of chillies and peppers.

as these Will need watering at least once a day, can't ask family, as they live quite a distance away,

not feesable to ask neighbours, as everything (gates etc) have to be locked.

oh, and how much, ball park, should I expect to pay

Thank you  Wink

I have a Gardenia system outside for hanging baskets. They do a very wide range of  systems. Might be worth a google?

Just noticed this post. I have three systems , the best two are the Gardena and the Hozelock, spares for both available and both cheapish on the net. I paid about £25 for each the year befor last, on special offers. One just for the tomatoes in the greenhouse and one for the pots on the patio. I thnk I prefer the drip devices on the Hozelock. Highly recommend the whole thing. The third system was an American Waterbird device bought for £7 from Focus, now discontinued. That was just the timer and I use it to turn on a sprinkler which waters the whole polytunnel when I am away. Not a good long term solution because of the water cost. The other timer systems  run all the time in the summer and I think they use less water than normal watering. Do it !!
