Ordinary acrylics.  When its finished, that's if it ever stops raining, I will give it a couple of coats of varnish to weatherproof it.

In the meantime, Matt is making a mini flower pot man to hold our plot number and a scarecrow for the competition on open day.

work in progress.  1,  flower pot, man body.  2,  scarecrow head.

Great when young uns get involved like that.  :)My second son, Max,  has spent his days off today and yesterday chopping back overgrown bushes and shredding the branches for mulch for the lotties. Also helped digging up the onions and laying them out to dry.

For painting I depended on my lovely man, who had in fact promised a painting for one of our lottie sheds this summer. Won't happen now of course. :'( :'(

;D ;D RT, that reminds me of a joke of which the punch line is.... 'howaboutahotwaterbottleBoodle'to describe the same sound (but you have to run the words into each other to get the desired effect. ;D)

Cazy, please give Matt my abject apologies, it was the pony-tail that did it, but don't cut it orf ;) Obvoiusly highly talented, therefore permitted to wear hair any way he pleases. ;D
