Our 'local' tomato grower uses bees.

Yes - all fine & dandy now - but it's continuity I'm worried about. But grandpa - why aren't there any more??
Just ordered more seeds.

I grow some foxgloves in pots by the GH door which attracts the bees and the bees seem to wander in and take care of the pollination for me.
I'm growing a hebe near to the GH, at the moment it is quite small so not much help, but a full size hebe in my front garden is covered with bees so I'm hoping this will happen around the GH as well.

PS Also have a hebe in the veg patch.

Just ordered more seeds.

If you're planning to sow toms now tim, what variety - and greenhouse only?

Foxgloves round the greenhouse door, what a brilliant idea, if sown around my shed too hopefully the bees will deter the two legged pests. My neighbour's strawberries have been scrumped twice Angry

Leave melon rind near to where do don't want people to go. It attracts wasps
