I've never seen a grey wagtail in my garden before so thought I'd take a quick photo of him/her just in case it's another twenty years until I see one here again!!!

I think it must be one of this years youngsters as it still has a bit of that 'baby' look about it. Certainly seems to approve of the porcelain mushrooms my daughter bought me.  Cheesy

What a great photo Eileen - as you say, unusual to see a grey.  Could it be that it is a youngen and will change as it grows older Undecided  Just a thought Smiley

Aww, lovely photo! I saw a grey wagtail in our garden too, about a week ago. Was really surprised to see one hopping around the pond - I've never seen one before, and it was adorable and waggly. Hope he comes back (and next time I'll have the camera ready!)
