3 Tbsp mixed Chives/Parsley/Coriander finely chopped
1 clove garlic finely crushed
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
salt& pepper to taste

mix above ingredients into a bowl.

paste herb mixture onto cod fillets and fridge.

meantime make up Tartar sauce.

7fl oz mayonnaise
3Tbsp of chopped capers
3Tbsp of chopped Gherkins
1 Shallot finely chopped
squeeze of Lemon juice
3 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/2 small tin of anchovies and oil
sprinkle of paprika

mix above ingredients and fridge.

make some Spicy Potato wedges, just add sweet paprika and salt and pepper and a glug of olive oil.

Heat oven to 200 cen and cook tatters for 15 mins....then put in cod fillets for another 15 mins.

I found the other day that giving the Pink Fur Apple tatters a bloomin good scrub and having them
rustic added so much extra flavour to the chips instead of peeling them.

200 degrees 30 mins
olive oil
cracked black pepper
malvern salt

anyway enjoy Ruth.... ;)
