Tiny achocha taste like a minty cucumber and are best eaten raw in salads. Larger they are best just used like peppers for stuffing or strips in things like fajitas

As Saddad says, a bit like minty cucumber with a touch of sweet pepper.  Everyone I gave them to last year really liked them and came back for more.

Two plants produced enough to feed a small country....  ;D
