Alko Quickstep - like gardenclaw

I have an Alko Quickstep which is of no use to me as my soil is too claggy for it to work properly.

I've tried to Google for this because I'm sure I will make a hash of describing it but I can't find anything anywhere for it. I'm beginning to wonder if it even exists!

Basically it is like a gardenclaw cultivator ( http://www.gardenclaw.co.uk/claw/images/uk2.jpg )but it has a step on the side which you stand on to make the four 'claws' rotate to loosen your soil.

It is rather heavy so I'd prefer for it to be collected (i'm on the Nottm/Derby border) and the person who can offer me the most exciting swap can have it. I'd love to get it out of the way so I have more room for junk  ;D
