Thought this was rather nice. A few of the 25 we saved out of 100. Subject matter for daughter's next painting?

But - Solent Wight - March planted - claim 12+ cloves to a bulb. We are averaging 15-17!! Obviousy trying to make up our loss?? = Tim

They look good Tim, and I hope we get to see a pic of the resulting painting too  :)

There's a restaurant/bar in Soho, London that serves everything with garlic in it - beer, wine, starters, main course and pudding! Unfortunately I never got to try it out before moving northwards.

There's one in Amsterdam too, what was the name? Something like The Garlic Queen, a bit trendy and very expensive.

Beautiful picture Tim, can Mr. C. use it to make a jig saw puzzle? Such pretty colors. I have never been successful growing garlic, I think the conditions are too wet in the lottie.

Hi Ina - I'm afraid I can't remember what it was called. I seem to remember that it had a slightly gothic look to it though!
