Bad timing, Ozzy!

Yup, I did the acu on Tuesday - truly bizarre and wonderful.  And afterwards wandered around - waiting for the bus, sitting in the pub over a pint, back home trying to get on here - and all the time, never even wanted a cigarette.

Still floating on a cloud all day yesterday - quitting's supposed to be harder than this!

Aye - but slipped a long way today though - managed all day - it's far and away my roughest day of the week.  My Thursday ba' heids assure me they give me an easy time - God only knows what they do to teachers they don't like.  Completely and totally off the wall - so that's me off the wagon a for a few hours.  Tw*t again - but only briefly - back on clouds again tomorrow.

Sorry to hear u had such bad day, Gavin.  Hopefully, will be better tomorrow and you can start afresh!  Keep thinking of the acu!  Thought, next acu, ask about therapy for thursday crowd as well  ;D
