This pops up every year but I dont know what it is. Because theres oly 1 I really need to get some more to make a bit of a show but dont know wat to look for, this looks lost on its own. Its about 6" high and wide. Any ideas please?

Thanks guys, I must look out for more or have a go at propagation cos it is lovely.

No Marianne it is Incarvillia.

Its also known as a garden Gloxinia which would account for why I planted it years ago. I love Gloxinia, I just dont remember planting this.  ??? Ah the old grey cells arent what they used to be.  ;D

yep, i also think incarvillea = there is a fantastic one called 'Cheron' from chiltern seeds which is a lovely pale yellow with dselicate finely cut leaves - it grows really quick - about 10 weeks from a sowing and is reliable perennial for me. The pink ones always look a bit squat in comparison.
