Allotments 4 All

looking for an application (freeware) that can save movie files in any format or atleast a format to put files to phone think the format is mpeg-4 now I am also on a mac but if you know any application names sometimes they are the same for Mac ....any idea's anyone.

plenty of tutorials around.Don't know about mac support though.
