Allotments 4 All

My rosemary bush has fallen over, not horizontal but at an angle - still doing fine but it is blocking the path so (not unreasonably) I have been asked to move it, any advice?

Would propping it up with stakes work, like the thinner diameter concrete reinforcing poles?  I had one fallen over and propped it up and pruned.  Maybe take some cuttings too from the prunings, which gives you the option to remove it altogether next year, when the cuttings have settled in a better place. 

I fear it would still be in the way.
